BALLISTIC SCIENCE
The study of a projectile in motion, following the projectile travel from primer ignition to barrel exit, to target entry and until motion is stopped.
Ballistic Science is divided into Four Disciplines: Interior Ballistics, Intermediate Ballistics, External Ballistics and Terminal Ballistics (Wound Ballistics)
Forensic Ballistics
The branch of the Forensic Science in which are studied the technical questions arising during the investigation of crimes involving the use of firearms, ammunition edge weapons.
